Everything leaves the studio within two working days, wrapped in paper and packed to survive the courier.

We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. Every parcel is tracked and you will get the tracking link by email the moment it is dispatched.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, or you simply change your mind within 30 days, we will replace it or refund you in full. Unused items only for change-of-mind returns, but damage is on us, no questions, no forms, just reply to your order email with a photo.
Common questions
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it has not been dispatched yet, yes. Reply to your confirmation email and we will sort it before it ships.
Do you gift wrap?
Everything is wrapped in paper as standard. Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card at no charge.
How does the refill scheme work?
Send back (or drop off) any six empty Aspen & Oak jars and your next candle is free. We clean and reuse every jar.
Do you ship overseas?
Not yet. The UK and Ireland for now, so we can keep delivery fast and packaging minimal.
