Good pricing and happy with service

DPOMs pricing is quite reasonable but you should make sure you read their website and understand the different levels of service. I initially went for the cheapest plan called starter but this doesn’t include any phone calls or an account manager so I took the plunge and went for their more expensive lite service.

I will be honest and say when you sign up, it is a little annoying as they email me several times in the first week telling me that I should expect things to take time, there are no guarantees etc etc etc. I understand why they need to do this (given some of the reviews here) so I do get it, but for those of us that are level headed, of course advertising takes time, I don’t really need to be told 4 times in a week when I sign up!

But, in honesty things worked quicker than I expected and they got the ads for my small accountancy firm running within about 2 weeks. About a month later we started getting calls , enough calls that the ads for us, were already profitable.

So I can’t really complain too much, in this day and age I get you have to manage customer expectations but I do think they go a bit far by telling me what I should expect several times over - but they do deliver and I am very happy.Ok

I've been working with DPOM for the past 8 months. The sign-up process was straightforward, and they clearly outlined what we should expect. One of the main challenges we faced previously was integrating conversion tracking with our CRM, HubSpot. Other agencies struggled with this, but DPOM, who use HubSpot themselves, managed it effectively. As a result, our conversions now focus solely on qualified leads.The initial set-up phase for our account took about a month, considering we invest around £20,000 monthly, it's quite a task. The first couple of months after optimisation didn't show significant improvements. However, after that period, we noticed a positive change, barring a slight seasonal dip. Our cost per conversion reduced from £140 to approximately £85, a noteworthy achievement given the competitive nature of the software industry.We're now extending our campaigns to the US, where DPOM also has an office. There’s plenty of agencies out there let’s face it but not many that are just honest. I’ve used Google Ads for years and honestly, i change agency periodically as I’ve often found their service degrades. Not with DPOM however, they’ve been consistent from the start.Any marketing takes time and they explain it can take them 3 months or longer to give results which is fine, real businesses know this and frankly, your marketing can only be as good as your business - it doesn’t compensate for a shoddy service or a business that isn’t viable.And this is why I suspect Dpom really labour the point about what to expect - and they’re right. I’d never have signed up if they’d offer quick wins or promises they clearly can’t keep - lots do and these should be avoided.So if you’re looking for a real agency that gives you correct and honest advice then I’d advise signing up with DPOM

Was recommended by a friend to try DPOM for their Google Ads service.Took their Starter package which costs about £100. It’s quite a basic service in that I don’t get phone calls with them and have to email so I was a little skeptical but since I only have a £300 budget for google it didn’t make much sense spending more on one of their other packages so in that sense, I think the service level is fair.Used them for about 6 months and although this package doesn’t include a dedicated account manager I usually speak to the same chap (Patrick) when I email in who is really helpful.In that time I’ve seen a steady increase in calls so for the price, I think it’s a very reasonable service.If I decide to spend more I wouldn’t hesitate to upgrade but we will see what the coming months bring.

DPOM have been on our account for 6 months now and run a few campaigns for us which are performing well. Our account manager Camilla is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me something that I wasn't aware of. Bounce rate on GA is a useless stat, as it's based on a visitor not clicking through to another page on your site. If your page has the right information on it, then there's no need for someone to go to another page. With GA4, this problem is fixed.

It’s early days (about 3 months in) and true to their word results are starting to pick up. They aren’t where I’d like them to be just yet but i understand it takes time but to be fair, it’s a very good start and they’ve been very honest, open and responsive.I will update this review in a few months with an update, hopefully the good results continue!

Early days but so far the service has been good. Onboarding is good and made me feel they are making an effort to understand my business. I'll update this review once my Google Ads have been running a bit longer and I've experienced their service a bit more. I do appreciate their transparency and they do manage expectations probably a bit too much if I'm being honest, I'm a sensible person I don't need to be told there aren't guarentees etc but I understand why they do this.

I have little experience in Google Ads. I had a phone call with Lee to discuss how to optimise our Google Ads Budget and potentially partnering with DPOM. He could not have been more honest and helpful. When I chatted through our key stats, his recommendation was that we did not need to complicate our strategy further, but to increase the budget on what is already going well for us. I was struggling with running my own AdWords, I found DPOM and have been very pleased with the result. I have been running my own CPC campaigns for some years but limited timescales, increased competition and the increased technical competence needed for their up-keep... meant it had become more and more difficult for me to sustain a viable cost-per-conversion.I’m happy to say that I decided to look for a managed CPC service and my search led me to Lee from DPOM. Unlike my normal internet search behaviour, I decided to concentrate only on companies found through ‘paid-search’ as this was specifically the service I was trying to fulfil.
