How much does website management cost?
Website management is priced to fit your site and how much support you need, agreed clearly with you up front with no hidden extras. Whether you want light-touch updates and security or a fully hands-on service with regular changes and improvements, we will put together a custom quote. Can you manage a website you did not build?
Yes. It does not matter who built your site. We take on existing websites every week, whether they were built by us, another agency or a freelancer who has moved on. We will review what you have, get it healthy and keep it that way under one simple plan.
Can I hire someone to manage my website?
Yes. DPOM takes on existing websites and handles the hosting, security, backups, updates, fixes and changes for one flat monthly fee. You do not need a rebuild, because we can clone your current site and bring it across to our own secure UK servers, then keep it healthy from there.
Can I cancel website management if I want to?
Our management plans are simple monthly agreements with no long lock-in, ended with 31 days' notice, so you stay because the service is genuinely good, not because you are tied in. Your domain remains yours throughout.
Day-to-day care
What if my website needs a change or update?
Just send it over. Content updates, new pages, image swaps and small tweaks are made for you by your UK team as part of your plan, so you are not left fiddling with it yourself. Larger pieces of work are always quoted and agreed up front before we start.
Do you provide hosting as well?
Yes. You can move to our secure, fast UK hosting, or we can manage your existing hosting setup, whichever suits you best. Either way we keep your site online, backed up and loading quickly, and deal with the technical side so you do not have to.
Will you keep my website secure?
Yes. Security is central to what we do. We keep your software up to date, harden your site, maintain SSL and monitor for problems, with quick action if anything ever looks wrong. Regular backups also mean your site can be restored quickly in the rare event something goes seriously wrong.
How often do you back up my site?
We take regular automatic backups so there is always a recent, safe copy of your site to restore from. The exact schedule depends on how often your site changes, and we will set it to suit your business so you are never exposed or left starting from scratch.
Can you help if my website goes down or breaks?
Yes. If your site has a problem, your UK team is there to investigate and put it right. With monitoring, backups and people who know your site, issues get spotted and fixed quickly, rather than leaving you stuck and chasing a developer who never answers.
