Our plans work in simple allowances of conversations. A conversation is one visitor having one chat, no matter how many questions they ask inside it.
Pick the allowance that matches how busy your site is, and if you regularly need more we will talk to you about moving up.
We email you at 80% and at 100% of your allowance, so it is never a surprise. If you go over, Orbit keeps answering, so a visitor always gets looked after and you always get the lead, and each extra conversation that month is 8p.
A few honest limits so everything stays fair. Orbit answers about your business and politely declines anything else, so nobody is using your website as a free homework machine. It tells people it is an automated assistant. And your conversations are yours: export them any time, and we delete them within 30 days after you leave.
