How much does social media management cost?
Our social media management packages are Starter at £195 a month, Lite at £295, Standard at £445 and Elite at £695, all plus VAT, with a one-off £195 set up fee on every package. Premium, run by our Managing Director, is from £1,500 a month. It is one flat monthly fee, never a percentage of anything, and the table on this page shows exactly what each package includes.
Is there a set up fee?
Yes. Every social media management package has a one-off £195 set up fee, paid once at the start. There is nothing else to pay to get going.
How many posts do I get?
A post every day on Starter, Lite and Standard, and two a day on Elite. Each post is planned, created and published for you at the times your audience is most active.
Which platforms are included?
Starter covers Facebook and Instagram. Lite covers any 3 platforms, Standard any 4 and Elite all 5, from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. You can add a platform beyond your package for £50 a month.
Are these social media marketing packages?
They are organic social media marketing packages: we create and post content on your own pages every day. If you want paid campaigns that put your business in front of new people, that is our social media advertising service, with its own packages.
Is there a social media price list?
Yes. The table above is our social media pricing in full, from Starter at £195 a month to Elite at £695, plus Premium from £1,500, with the one-off £195 set up on every package.
Is your social media management affordable?
It is built to be. A flat monthly fee from £195 covers a post every day, created with AI, approved by you and published for you. There is no percentage of anything and no long-term contract.
Can I change package?
Yes. You can move up or down a package whenever you like, and the change applies from your next month. Notice is 31 days, as for every DPOM service.
What you get
Are the images and videos made with AI?
Yes, and we say so plainly. Captions, images and video are created with AI from your brand, your website and the brief we agree with you. That is how we can post every day at these prices. Lite includes 4 AI video clips a month, Standard 8 and Elite 12. If you would rather use your own photos and clips, send them over and we use them, or we mix the two.
Do I get to approve the posts?
Always. Every post waits on your own approval page in Mission Control, and nothing goes out until you say yes.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
No. Replying to comments and messages is not part of any package. That keeps the price flat and the service clear.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Our packages run month to month and you can cancel with 31 days’ notice, or change package whenever you like.
What is the difference between social media management and social media ads?
Social media management is us creating and posting content on your own pages every day. Social media ads are paid campaigns that put your business in front of new people for an ad budget. They are separate services with their own packages: see our social media ads pricing if you want paid campaigns.
What is not included?
Photography and filming, design beyond the custom graphics option (£145 a month), replying to comments and messages, and paid social ads, which are a separate service.
Can I use my own photos and videos?
Yes. Send them whenever you like and we use them in place of AI images, or mix the two. You approve every post either way.
What do the tools in each package do?
Every package comes with our own tools, built in-house: Nebula shows where visitors click and drop off on your website, Relay gives you a UK business number, and Mission Control holds your approvals and reports. Standard and Elite add call tracking, AI chat and AI call answering. The table above shows exactly what comes with each package.
