DPOM On-Demand Services – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any DPOM On-Demand Service, you agree to the following terms:
1. One-Off Service Agreement
Our On-Demand services are one-time only. They do not include ongoing management, monitoring, or support unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased traffic, conversions, or revenue. Results may vary depending on market factors, competition, and your own implementation.
3. Limited Liability
We take care to follow best practices, but we accept no responsibility for:
Any disruption caused by code implementations (e.g. GTM, GA4, pixels)
Conflicts with third-party apps, plugins, or themes
Site speed or performance issues arising from code we add
Tracking issues caused by client-side errors or changes
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing timely access to required accounts (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, website)
Ensuring you have permission to give us access
Managing your accounts and campaigns after our work is delivered
5. Turnaround Times
We aim to complete services within 5 -7 business days of receiving access and any required info. Delays in access or feedback may delay delivery. On occassion, limitations with your website may cause delays.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due in full before work begins.
We do not offer refunds once work has started or been delivered.
7. Service Limitations
These services are not suitable for businesses needing continuous optimisation, monitoring, or account management. We recommend our monthly management plans for that level of support.
8. Data Handling & Security
We do not store your login details. All access is removed after delivery. It is your responsibility to change passwords or revoke access if needed.
9. Google Ads Policies
Whilst we will follow Google Ads guidelines, we have no control over Google Ads policies. Google can and does, suspend certain advertisers due to their own internal policies relating to your industry, products, services and history using Google Ads – we accept no liability for any policy violation and it is your responsibility, as the account holder, to comply with all Google Ads policies.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
