Once you sign up for our Google Ads PPC service, we’ll follow the steps below to get your ad campaigns off to a flying start! Our precise approach will depend on your current circumstances, for example, if you have an existing campaign or if you’re a new advertiser, our initial approach may vary slightly


Step 1
Onboarding
We start by having your dedicated Google Ads specialist talk to you about your goals and objectives in addition to learning as much about your business as possible. We do this with both a questionnaire and a detailed discussion with your account manager. During this process we discuss in detail your ROI goals, what makes your business stand out and how we can maximise your results as your Google Ads agency.

Step 2
Research
We'll analyse your account data and research your competitors to give us a strong foundation to build and optimise your campaigns. If you're new to Google Ads and PPC in general, we'll perform keyword research and develop an understanding of how your customers will find you. This, combined with your onboarding questionnaire, will help us build and/or optimise your PPC campaigns to deliver the best possible ROI.

Step 3
Conversion Tracking
We can't improve what we can't measure, so one of the very first steps with any Google Ads account is to configure conversion tracking correctly. This allows us to learn which keywords and ads generate phone calls, emails, forms and, of course, sales. Many PPC agencies struggle to correctly track conversions; however our in house technical experts will work with you to ensure all conversions are tracked accurately.

Step 4
Account Build & Initial Optimisation
Using the information learned in the previous stages, we'll get to work crafting campaigns that will encourage website visitors to buy or get in touch to learn more about your services or products. We'll use the campaign types that are most likely to provide the results you expect and work closely with you to ensure you fully understand the process and what to expect next.

Step 5
Build/Initial Optimisation Complete
We will let you know our initial work is complete and provide you with an opportunity to review your new campaigns and provide feedback. We believe working collaboratively generates the best results, so we value any and all feedback you provide. Once the initial PPC campaign is built we will get to work optimising it, and as we analyse your PPC data, we'll make incremental changes to your ad campaigns to drive further results.

Step 6
Launch
Once you're happy we go live and start to collect initial data. We then optimise based on this data to learn what drives visitors to convert and then to manage your Google Ads and optimise them to maximise results. We'll then provide regular reports and discuss progress on an ongoing basis. Over the next few months, your PPC campaigns will evolve further as we optimise based on the data within your Google Ads campaign.

Step 7
Data Gathering & Analysis
After launch, we focus on collecting meaningful data rather than making knee-jerk changes. We monitor search terms, audience signals, devices and locations to understand how real customers are interacting with your ads. This early data gives us the evidence we need to make smart decisions instead of guesswork.

Step 8
Initial Optimisation
Using the first wave of data, we begin initial optimisations: refining keywords, updating ad copy, adjusting bids and tightening audience targeting. At this stage we’re still in the “learning” phase, so the goal is to steadily improve efficiency and cut obvious waste, not to achieve perfection overnight.

It depends. The more you spend, the more clicks you get and therefore the more data we gather that we need to study and then optimise your campaigns. In short, though, we spend as much time as we need to spend on your campaigns regardless of our fee.
We specialise in helping small businesses growth who have a monthly media spend budget of between £500 and £100,000. That’s not to say we don’t work with budgets outside this range, but we’ll need to chat to see if we’re a good fit first.
