What we do for practices
Content-led, white-hat SEO for practices that want the right patients to find them, from a UK team that plans the work and sends it to you to approve.
A dental practice does not sell one thing. A check-up, an implant consultation and an emergency appointment are three different searches from three different people, so a dental SEO plan treats them as separate jobs: the map for the patient nearby, a proper page for each treatment, and a website that makes booking easy on a phone.
When it fits. “Dentist near me” is searched around 135,000 times a month in the UK (Semrush, UK), and the three practices on the map are what most of those patients see first.
What we do. Choose the right Google Business Profile categories, keep your hours, services and photos accurate, and build a page for every site you operate, so each one has its own place in local search. We also work on the steady flow of genuine reviews that the map leans on.
Which packages: Local SEO, from £185 a month. Google Business Profile optimisation is on every package.
When it fits. When a treatment earns the practice more than a check-up does, and the page for it is thin or missing.
What we do. A page for implants, one for Invisalign and clear aligners, one for whitening, and so on. Each says who the treatment is for, what happens at each visit, how long it takes, what to expect afterwards and how to book, written by us from what your clinicians tell us and read by the clinician before you see it.
When it fits. Patients search for NHS dentists and for private treatment, and a mixed practice has to speak to both without confusing either.
What we do. Separate pages for NHS care and private care, so each reader finds the right answer. We also check that your website, your Google profile and your directory listings all agree on whether you are taking on new NHS patients, because a patient who is turned away after reading “accepting new patients” is a bad review waiting to happen.
When it fits. Dentistry is a trust decision. A patient deciding who to let treat them reads your reviews and looks for the people behind the practice.
What we do. A simple review request your reception can send after a visit, replies drafted for you to approve, and a team page with each clinician’s name, role and registration details. We never write reviews, buy them or offer anything for them.
When it fits. Most dental searches happen on a phone, often in a hurry. A site that loads slowly or buries the phone number loses the patient before the content has a chance.
What we do. Speed, mobile layout, clean page structure and the markup that tells Google you are a dental practice, with each site address, phone number and opening hours consistent everywhere they appear. If the site needs rebuilding, our website service can do it.
When it fits. People now ask assistants questions such as how long an implant takes to heal. Your practice can be the source an answer draws on if your pages answer plainly.
What we do. Answer-first treatment pages with an FAQ, and a check that AI crawlers can read your site. Nobody can promise a place in an AI answer, and we do not.
Also part of dental SEO
We write to the public GDC and ASA guidance and flag anything that needs your judgement. Responsibility for what a practice publishes stays with the practice, so the approval step is yours.
Treatment pages carry the name and role of the clinician behind them and a reviewed date, because Google weighs who wrote health content.
One plan across several sites, with a profile and page for each, so your own sites do not compete with each other.

Software we built
Follow one visitor from Google to your inbox. Each step has one of our own tools on it, and each one shows you exactly what happened. Tap a step to see the real screen.
SEO brings the visit. Nebula shows what happened next: where visitors click, scroll and get stuck, on computers and phones, and lets you watch real visits back.

Visitors arrive from Google at all hours. Orbit learns from your website, answers their questions day and night, and when they are ready to enquire it takes their details and sends the enquiry to you.

A UK business number that rings your phone. With AI Call Answering, an AI receptionist answers when you can’t, takes a message or puts the caller through, and every call is recorded with a summary.

Shows each visitor to your website a tracking number, so every call is matched to where it came from, Google search included, then recorded and transcribed. You see which pages and searches make your phone ring.

Onboarding. Which treatments you want more of, your NHS and private mix, how many sites you run, who the clinicians are, and what your own compliance lead needs to see before anything is published. Your SEO specialist reviews your website alongside it.
Foundations. Search Console and Google Analytics connected, your Google Business Profile reviewed, baseline rankings recorded, then the first technical and page fixes once you approve them.
Build and grow. Treatment pages published one at a time, the review routine set up with your team, and a monthly report that shows what we did and what comes next. SEO builds over months, not days.
New to SEO? The same plan, starting from your site as it is today.
Health content
Google holds pages about health and treatment to a higher standard than most, so who wrote a dental page matters as much as what it says.
Search engines have a name for pages that can affect a person’s health or finances: Your Money or Your Life. A page about implants, extractions or whitening is firmly in that group, so a thin page with no named author has little to stand on.
That is why we build expertise and trust into the page itself. The clinician behind a treatment is named, with their role and registration details, and the page shows when it was last reviewed. Your practice details are the same wherever they appear, and your reviews and any CQC rating are easy to find. None of that is a trick. It is what a careful patient wants to see, and what Google is trying to measure.
Advertising rules
Dental marketing sits between a regulator for dental professionals and a regulator for advertising. We write with both in mind, and you decide what is published.
The advertising codes expect claims to be honest and capable of being backed up. We avoid words such as “painless”, “guaranteed” and “best dentist” unless you can show the evidence.
Before and after photos, discount offers and provider-status badges are where practices most often get into difficulty. We use only material you supply and approve, and we ask you to confirm that an offer and any badge are accurate.
We are marketers, not your regulator or your solicitor. We work from the public GDC guidance and the ASA and CAP codes, and we do not give legal advice or promise compliance. The practice is responsible for what it publishes, which is why every page waits for your approval.
NHS and private
A patient looking for an NHS dentist and a patient comparing private implant quotes need different answers, and both want the truth.
For a mixed practice, we separate the two on your website: one section for NHS care, with what the practice can say about new patient places, and one for private treatment, with how consultations and plans work. Each patient finds their own page without wading through the other.
The detail that matters most is whether you are taking on new NHS patients. It changes, and patients act on it. We keep your site, your Google profile and your directory listings saying the same thing, and we tell you when they drift apart. Prices for private treatment are for you to supply and approve; we never type a figure you have not given us.
Dentist near me
The nearby searches are the biggest dental searches of all, and the map is where they are won or lost.
The map depends on three things: how complete and accurate your Google profile is, how close you are to the person searching, and how well-reviewed and well-known your practice looks locally. We cannot move your premises, but we can fix the other two.
If you run more than one site, each has its own profile, its own page and its own reviews. Our local SEO agency service is the same work that sits behind every package on this page, so there is no separate product to buy for it.
Our dental experience
We currently run SEO and Google Ads for one dental practice. We would rather say so than dress it up.
That practice is Dental Emporium Putney in London. One practice is not a dental portfolio, and we have no published dental case study, so you will not find invented results here. What we can show is how our SEO method has performed for other sites, in the case studies above, and the standing we bring to any regulated sector: nothing goes live without your approval.
If you want to see the wider picture, our healthcare sector page covers the other health and care businesses we work with.
Practice websites
Good dental marketing sends patients to a website that is ready for them. The two are one job.
Most patients look on a phone, often in a hurry. Fast pages, a tap-to-call number and a booking route that is obvious from every treatment page.
Treatment pages on clear addresses, headings that match the questions patients ask, and markup that tells Google you are a dental practice with opening hours and a location.
If your site holds you back, we can rebuild it. If it is sound, we leave it alone and work with what you have.
Treatments
The treatments that matter most to a practice are the ones patients research longest, so each deserves a page that does the research for them.
Patients want to know whether they are suitable, what the visits involve, how long healing takes and what looking after an implant means afterwards. The page covers all of that in order, written with your implant clinician.
Brand names are trademarks, and claims about being a provider of a certain standing must be true and current. We use only the wording you confirm and keep the page about the patient’s questions, not the badge.
In the UK this is dental work, so the page is written for treatment given by a dental professional, with what to expect and what it can and cannot do.
These are the searches that fill the diary week to week. Emergency pages in particular need your hours, your policy and your phone number to be right, and easy to act on from a phone.
Reviews
Patients read the stars, then they read how the practice answers the unhappy ones.
We set up a simple, honest routine: your reception team sends a review request after an appointment, to every patient and not only the happy ones. We never write reviews, buy them or offer a discount in return for one.
Replies are drafted for you to approve. They are courteous, brief and careful about confidentiality, because a public reply is no place to confirm who was treated or why. Where a review raises a real complaint, the better answer is an invitation to talk privately, and we leave that to the practice.
Patients
Many dental searches come from someone in pain or putting off a visit, and the page has seconds to be reassuring and practical.
An emergency page needs the number, the hours and what to do tonight, above everything else. A page for an anxious patient needs the opposite pace: what will happen, who will be there, what can be done to make it easier. We write both with the care they need and without making promises about comfort that nobody can keep.
Groups and associates
A group with several surgeries can easily end up with its own pages fighting each other for the same patient.
Each site gets a Google profile, a page and a set of local searches of its own, and the pages link to each other sensibly. Treatment pages are written once, properly, for the group, then given local detail for each surgery: the team, the parking, the nearest station, the opening hours that really apply.
If a surgery has a clinician with a particular interest, such as sedation or implants, that goes on that site’s page, so a patient searching for it finds the right door. It also means the group’s reviews are split honestly between sites rather than pooled under one name.
Dental marketing
SEO is the slow, lasting part of dental marketing. Here is where it sits next to the rest.
Paid search puts the practice in front of someone looking today, which suits a new implant clinic or a quiet month. We run it separately, and the two share what they learn about which searches turn into bookings.
Recall emails, reminders and the review request are marketing too, and they cost far less than winning a stranger. We will say so if we think that is where your next gain is.
Some practices want a steady presence for patients who already know them. Every post is approved by you, and we do not offer community management.
Pricing
Patients want to know what treatment costs, and practices differ on how much to say.
Some practices publish a clear starting price for private treatment, some give a range, and some prefer a consultation first. All three can work. What does not work is a page that hints at a price and then does not deliver it, or one that implies an offer that has already ended.
We write whichever approach you choose, with any figures supplied and approved by you, and we flag offers that need an end date, because an out-of-date offer is both unhelpful and the sort of thing advertising rules look at.
People and AI, together
DPOM has looked after UK businesses since 2011, and your account manager still runs your account. Behind them now is a system we built in-house: tools that turn visitors into enquiries, and James, our AI, watching your account day and night.
An experienced person on our UK team sets your plan, makes the big calls and approves anything you ask for. They can override or undo anything our AI does.
AI does the routine, people decide.

No minimum. Notice is 31 days, and you can give it at any time.
It does not. GEO is part of every SEO package.
We publish them for you at no charge on a DPOM website, WordPress, Shopify or Wix. Any other platform adds £60 a month + VAT.
Nobody can promise a position. What we can do is fix the things the map depends on: a complete and accurate Google profile, a page for each site, consistent details and a steady flow of genuine reviews.
Yes. We draft them from what your clinicians tell us and send them to you to approve. Your clinician should read each page before it goes live.
We write with the public GDC guidance and the ASA and CAP codes in mind, and we flag anything that needs your judgement. We do not give legal advice or promise compliance, and the practice remains responsible for what is published, which is why you approve every page.
Yes. We split them so each patient finds the right answer, and keep your website, Google profile and listings saying the same thing about new NHS patients.
Only material you supply, with the patient’s consent, and only after you approve it. We never write or buy reviews.
It can be. A small practice only needs to win the searches near its own door, and the Local package is designed around that.

You do. We draft and recommend, and nothing is published until you approve it on your approval page. Your principal dentist or compliance lead can change or stop anything.
Only if it is true today. We help keep your website, Google profile and listings in step, and we will ask you to confirm the position whenever it changes.
