Sorry, no. While you can change your website content (like text for example) to ensure your website remains reliable you can not install plugins. However, we can usually do this for you as long as long as we approve any plugins you require – just raise a support ticket and we’ll let you know!


Yes! After your 24th payment, you can purchase your website to keep – just ask for a quote!

No! We do everything for you! You just need to let us know what text you want on the site or select the option for us to provide it for you. The only exception is if you’d like to use an existing domain, and in this case, you’ll need to make DNS changes to your domain to point it at your new website, but don’t worry; we’ll guide you through it!

Provided you give us all your text, logos and any images during the signup process, usually within 48 hours on business days.

While we will customise the ‘look and feel’ of your website to match your brand, your website will closely resemble your chosen template. This is to ensure we minimise the fees we charge and ensure your website is designed to best practices to maximise its performance. You can, however, pay for an exclusive design as an add-on fee.
