Introducing Google compare for mortgages in the U.S
Paris, France - January 03, 2017 : Google AdWords is an online advertising service that enables advertisers to compete to display brief advertising copy to web users, based on keywords.

Google understand that purchasing a home is a part of a lot of our lives and it is becoming increasingly frustrating.  I mentioned in an earlier blog that Google intended to make it easier for us to compare mortgages online and that is exactly what their most recent update allows us to do. The Google compare for mortgages is currently only available in the state of California but will soon be rolling out across more states, hopefully ending up in the UK.

Google compare for mortgages provides us with a new way to experience finding mortgage lenders. The lenders vary from international business giants to local lenders in California. Borrowers will be able to see company ratings and read informative reviews regarding their potential lenders. They are also able to enter relevant information such as loan amount, estimated credit score & home value.

This will help them receive quotes that cover all of their needs, before progressing on to visiting the lenders site or giving you a call.

Google are currently running this feature under a cost-per-lead model and payment does not affect ranking or eligibility. This will be a very welcome update when (if) it eventually lands in the United Kingdom.
