We have been aware for a couple of days now with an issue that has been happening within peoples Adwords accounts where there is a warning stating that their billing method cannot be charged.
Google have assured us that this is an issue with their platform and their team are working hard to fix it. So, if you have logged into your account recently and seen the banner, then it is likely the issue that Google are aware of.
